This will be our time to connect to our higher selves and to the energy all around us. I invite you to learn more about you. We will be connecting to the stillness within and grounding our energy through many forms of meditation. You'll learn techniques you can use at home, as well as experience the healing benefits of meditation every time you join us in this beautiful group environment. All levels and beginners welcome.
